In a world where new generations of children are tending to move less and less, we as educators must find opportunities for them to move more. Our workshops will gently take you through a mix of songs and activities to encourage children’s active participation.

The learning is not all physical. Songs to teach colour, numbers, fine motor skills, positional language as well as working with partners, supporting each other and learning to share. creativity, imagination and core strength are developed as well as the importance of being active and promoting healthy eating.
